Janice Antoniette Förster

Janice Antoniette Förster is an experienced project leader and entrepreneur with significant contributions to the startup ecosystem in Region 7. As the Project Leader at Development and Acceleration Support for Innovation Growth Consortium since January 2022, Janice has facilitated collaborations among universities, technology business incubators, and various stakeholders to support startups. Janice is also the Founder and Owner of Boosters Food Processing, and serves as the Technology Business Incubator Manager at Silliman University. Prior roles include leading the JuanCatch Project under a USAID grant and various positions with the Philippine eLearning Society and DOST PCIEERD HEIRIT Project. With over two decades in academia at Silliman University and professional experience in programming, Janice holds multiple degrees including a Ph.D. in Education and an MBA, alongside specialized training in innovation and technology.
