Randy Moonan

Randy Moonan has extensive legal experience, currently serving on the Board of Directors for New York Professional Advisors for Community Entrepreneurs (NYPACE) since November 2023 and as a Partner at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. since October 2023. Previously, Randy was a Partner at BurgherGray LLP from January 2022 to October 2023 and an Associate at Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP from April 2018 to January 2022. Additional prior experience includes working as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from September 2013 to April 2018. Randy Moonan holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cornell Law School, earned between 2010 and 2013, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from the University at Albany, completed in 2010.
