Kelly Smith is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Library Media Specialist at Silsbee ISD since August 2012, following a tenure as a 4th Grade Teacher at the same institution from June 2004 to June 2012. Kelly holds a Master of Library & Information Science (M.L.I.S.) from Texas Woman's University, obtained between 2007 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Lamar University, completed from 1999 to 2004.
