Dayan Jayawardana is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and management with significant experience in lean enterprise methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Executive at Silueta - Technologies by MAS since November 2021, Dayan leads initiatives related to Just in Time (JIT) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Prior to this role, Dayan was an Executive at Alumex PLC from November 2020 to October 2021, overseeing the Vertical Powder Coating Plant and managing production planning and resource allocation. Dayan began a career in the industrial sector as an Industrial Trainee at Camso in 2018. Educated at the University of Moratuwa, Dayan holds a BSc. Engineering (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Additionally, Dayan is also studying CIMA and has completed a course in Java Stand-alone Application Development.
