Bogdan Tudor

Bogdan Tudor is a highly experienced professional in the field of device characterization, currently serving as Director and Head of Device Characterization at Silvaco Inc since March 2017. Previously, Bogdan held roles as Senior Manager and Head of Device Characterization at the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Principal Engineer at ProPlus Design Solutions, Inc. and Senior R&D Engineer at Synopsys, Inc., along with work as an R&D Engineer at Avant! Corporation. Bogdan began an academic career as an Assistant Professor at University Politehnica in Bucharest, Romania, after earning a Ph.D. in Microelectronics focused on physical compact models and parameter extraction from the same university.
