Stan Jones

Stan Jones is an experienced human resources professional with a strong track record in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Silvaco Inc since September 2014, Stan also works as a Principal Consultant at SKYY Consulting Group since 2012. Prior positions include Head of Human Resources at Tessera from 2007 to 2012 and Sr. HR Director at Applied Materials from 1996 to 2007. Earlier in the career, Stan led the Human Resources department at Syva Diagnostics from 1993 to 1996. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University.
