Aleksandra Kovacevic has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aleksandra started their career as an Account Manager at Silver Bell Group in November 2016 and later became a Senior Account Manager. Aleksandra then worked as a Shift Manager before transitioning into the role of an HR Business Partner, where they played a crucial role in recruitment and providing daily HR guidance. Aleksandra also worked as a Junior Project Manager, where they monitored and supported employees' growth and development. Aleksandra later joined JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Market Researcher, where they collected and analyzed data to interpret market trends and client requirements. Eventually, they returned to Silver Bell Group and served as a Partner and Project Manager, overseeing IT projects and implementing business development strategies.
