Pamela Rockland

Pamela Rockland currently serves as the Senior Director of Advancement Operations at Silver Hill Hospital, a role held since October 2020. Prior to this position, Pamela was a member of the Board of Directors for The Institute for Journalism & Natural Resources from July 2017 to December 2023 and spent nearly a decade as Director of Development Operations at Enterprise Community Partners from August 2011 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Foundation and Corporate Giving Officer at Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Vice President of Philanthropy at KaBOOM!, and Vice President of Development at American Forest Foundation, supporting national conservation education initiatives. Additionally, Pamela held the position of Director of Development at The Institute for Journalism and Natural Resources, contributing to journalism education, and was the Executive Director of the Maryland Agricultural Education Foundation, Inc. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University.
