Craig Pugsley has a strong background in product design and leadership. Craig is currently the Director of Product Design at Silverbird, where they established the Product Design team and led the creation of the company's first Design System. Prior to this, they worked at Spirent Communications as a Product Design Lead, where they utilized user-centered design to transform the organization and delivered products based on user needs. Craig also has experience as a Director & Creative Lead at StudioFlow and as a Principal UX Designer at JUST EAT, where they worked on innovative technologies. Before that, they held positions as a Principal Designer at MixRadio, LINE Corp, and Microsoft. Craig started their career as an Interaction Designer at Nokia and also worked at PolicyMatter Limited as a Product Manager, Designer, Sales Support, and Software Engineer. Overall, Craig Pugsley has a diverse range of skills and experience in product design and leadership roles.
Craig Pugsley completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Intelligent Systems from Oxford Brookes University, graduating in 2002. Craig also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in 2014.
