Juan Astello

Juan Astello currently serves as a Production Foreman at SilverBow Resources since September 2021, responsible for coordinating special operations tasks such as hot oil jobs and gas lift optimization. Previously, Juan was a Lease Operator at BLACKBEARD OPERATING, LLC, where focus was on maximizing gas production for assigned routes. With a robust history in the oil and gas industry, including roles as Senior Production Foreman at Atlas/Titan and Lease Operator positions at major companies like Chesapeake Energy and EOG/Rogers Well Services, Juan has demonstrated expertise in optimizing production and managing well operations. Juan began the career as a Miner at SUNSET STONE LLC and also held a customer service role at Gap Inc.
