Michael's expertise encompasses estimating and budgeting, scheduling, conceptual design, and conflict resolution, acquired through various roles including Project Manager at Stern Projects LLC and Construction Consultant at Mike Kaler. Michael's previous experience includes significant leadership positions at INTERIOR MANAGEMENT, Robert Harris Homes, and John Weiland Homes and Neighborhoods, where Michael managed multi-million dollar projects, improved revenue, and enhanced operational efficiency.
