Brian heads the Engineering Services Department for Silverskills International Limited.
He is responsible for the strategic direction and operation of Silverskills’ London office, business development in the UK and mainland Europe, client engagement and overall account management.
Brian’s key skills include business development, project and process management, quality assurance, project risk management, cost control and planning.
Brian is a qualified civil engineer with extensive experience in the construction industry as a project manager and senior project engineer. Brian has undertaken management of complex infrastructure projects, having been responsible for production, budgets and risk management on multi-million-euro contracts.
He has also undertaken consulting activities for Network Rail on the Business Critical Rules (BCR) Program for Railway Structures and Buildings and has participated in a number of high profile rail bids, both in the UK and internationally. As a senior project manager, Brian has managed a number of rail tenders for a London-based start-up rail consultancy firm, successfully mobilized bid teams and delivered successful bids on time and within budget.
He has an MEng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London and an MSc in Management & Strategy from the London School of Economics
