Brett Tasker is an accomplished Principal Platform Engineer at Silverstripe, with experience dating back to February 2015. Tasker has designed the architecture for new platform service offerings, significantly contributing to client growth and key acquisitions through the integration of cloud services and development of scalable logging solutions in AWS. Prior roles at Silverstripe include Senior Platform Engineer, where innovations like an anti-virus scanning solution were developed, and Product Operations Lead, overseeing the expansion for both private and government clients. Earlier experience as Lead Developer and Systems Administrator at Fortress NZ involved developing online applications and managing ticket scanning systems for large events. Tasker holds an Accelerated C++ Programming Course certificate from Weltec and completed secondary education at Hutt International Boys' School.
