Jay Hutsen has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Jay is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Operations at Silverwell Energy since April 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at the company, including Global Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Lead Installation Engineer.
Before joining Silverwell Energy, Hutsen worked at BlueFin Services from 2017 to 2019. Jay held positions such as Operations Manager - Permian, Operations Coordinator, Service Supervisor - Well Completions, and Lead Service Technician.
Hutsen's career in the industry began at Halliburton in 2005. Jay gained experience in a variety of roles, including Technical Sales Analyst, Intelligent Completions Service Coordinator, Intelligent Completions Field Service Operator/Specialist, and Intelligent Completions Manufacturing Assembly & Test Shift Supervisor. In these roles, they gained expertise in pricing structures, proposal building, technical discussions with clients, coordinating projects, and installing intelligent completion systems.
Throughout their career, Hutsen has demonstrated a strong ability to manage global operations, coordinate projects, and lead teams in the energy industry.
From 2007 to 2011, Jay Hutsen attended Lone Star College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Management.
