Ashok Sudarsanam has a long history of working in the technology industry. Ashok began their career in 1993 as a PhD student at Princeton University. Ashok then became a postdoctoral researcher at U.C. Berkeley in 1999. In 2000, they joined Inktomi Corporation as an Engineering Manager. In 2003, they moved to Catalytic, Inc. as a Member of Technical Staff. After that, they joined Tintri in 2009, where they held various roles such as Senior Director of Engineering, Filesystems, Director of Engineering, Filesystems, Senior Engineering Manager, Filesystems, Senior Staff Engineer, and Member of Technical Staff. In 2018, they moved to Google as a Senior Engineering Manager. In 2020, they joined a Stealth Startup as Engineering. Finally, in 2021, they joined SiMa.ai as Senior Director, MLA Software.
Ashok Sudarsanam completed their undergraduate studies at Carnegie Mellon University in 1993, earning a B.S. in Math/Computer Science. Ashok then went on to Princeton University, where they obtained an M.A. and PhD in Computer Engineering between 1993 and 1998.
