Vinayak Parameshwara has a long and varied work experience. Vinayak began their career in 1995 as a Project Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science, where they developed a solution for making citizens of Bengaluru aware of air pollution. In 1997, they took on the role of Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, where they developed a system to track landing of major hurricanes and drought in the state. In 2000, they joined Cisco Systems as a Senior Hardware Engineer. In 2009, they moved to Ericsson as a Senior Design Verification Engineer. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Barefoot Networks as a HW Engineer and Pre Silicon Validation Engineer. Vinayak currently serves as the Director of Verification at SiMa.ai, a machine learning company, where they are responsible for doing DV from the ground up in the AI/ML space.
Vinayak Parameshwara completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from RV College Of Engineering between 1991 and 1995. Vinayak then went on to receive their Master of Science in Marine Earth Atmospheric Sciences & Comp. Engineering from North Carolina State University between 1997 and 2000.
