Seymur Mammadov is an experienced executive in the telecommunications and financial sectors, serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Simbrella since October 2008, specializing in microcredit and analytical solutions for mobile network operators and financial institutions. Prior to this, Seymur held the position of General Manager and Founder at “Digital Services" LLC from April 2000 to October 2008, providing value-added services for mobile operators. Previous roles include Chief Operations Manager at ITC Group, Mobitel, where oversight was given to Nokia mobile distribution in Azerbaijan, and Head of Information Technology at Kvinta Private Company. Seymur began a career in engineering as an Engineer at the CAD Laboratory of Azerbaijan Technical University, following the attainment of a Master’s degree in Mechanics from the same institution, and was educated at Railway secondary school N1 in Baku.
