Nicholas Theodore

Nicholas Theodore is a Production Manager at Simco-Ion since May 2022, previously holding the same role at NVR, Inc. from May 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing second shift plant operations and managing 95 production laborers across four departments. Nicholas also served as a Manufacturing Production Supervisor, focusing on lean production systems and continuous process improvement. Prior to this, Nicholas served as an Army Officer in the US Army from May 2012 to May 2017, gaining significant leadership experience in various roles during deployments. Nicholas holds an MBA in Finance from Villanova University and a BA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
