Ridza Syaharin Samsudin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ridza Syaharin started their career at HeiTech Padu Berhad in 2005 as a Regulatory Affairs Executive. Ridza Syaharin then joined SCOMI Group Berhad in 2006 as a Senior Executive in Group Internal Compliance. In 2009, they moved to Malaysia Airlines as a Controller in Risk & Policy Advisory Services. Later, in 2012, they joined Themed Attractions Resorts & Hotels Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Vice President in Risk Management, and later became the Vice President from 2015 to 2019. Their next role was at S P Setia, where they worked as a Senior Manager in Risk Management from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operational Risk at Sime Darby Property since 2022.
Ridza Syaharin Samsudin completed their Bachelor's degree in Laws (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. Ridza Syaharin then pursued a Diploma in Public Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA. In addition to their formal education, Ridza obtained the certification for Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute) in March 2021.
