Puan Rose brings with her over 25 years of strategic and operational human resources (“HR”) experience gained in both local and multinational companies, and in diverse sectors such as banking, insurance, semiconductor, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and consultancy.
Prior to joining Sime Darby Holdings Berhad, Puan Rose was the Director, Human Capital & Communications at Danajamin Nasional Berhad, where she provided strategic advice on the Human Capital agenda to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. Before joining Danajamin, Puan Rose was the Head, Of Human Resources at Hong Leong Bank Berhad where she oversaw the Bank’s key HR areas such as strategic human capital, talent acquisition and management, rewards, and performance management, industrial relations, and HR analytics.
Over the years, Puan Rose has held various key senior positions in the HR field including as Director, Human Resources at CIMB Aviva Assurance Berhad, Chief Human Resources Officer at Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad, Head of Rewards & Benefits Administration at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad and Vice President, Compensation and Benefits at Citibank Berhad.
