Paola La Barbera has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Paola is currently working as the EU & UK Director of Sales at SIMKHAI, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Wholesale Manager at Sophia Webster from February 2022 to May 2023. From June 2020 to February 2022, they worked as a Sales Manager at HELMUT LANG, and before that, they held various roles at the same company, including Account Executive and Sales Account. Before joining HELMUT LANG, Paola worked as a Wholesale commercial assistant at Krizia International and Capri srl. Paola also gained experience as a Junior Retail Analyst at Capri srl. Paola started their career at PANDORA as a Seller, where they exceeded sales goals and built strong client relationships.
Paola La Barbera earned a Bachelor's degree in Economia aziendale/manageriale from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in 2011. In 2014, they obtained certification in IELTS from the British Council. Paola then pursued a Master's degree in International Business from 2015 to 2017 at the same university. In 2015, they also studied International management at Hochschule Bochum. In 2011, Paola La Barbera obtained the Diploma de español como lengua extranjera (nivel B2) from the Instituto Cervantes.

Today he leads the brand’s creative studio, drawing inspiration from his travels and the cities he and his husband call home.
