Mollie Gildersleeve

Mollie Gildersleeve currently serves as the Manager of Business Applications at Simmons Bank, a position held since January 2019, and previously worked as an IT Business Analyst III. Prior experience includes roles at The First, A National Banking Association, where Mollie held the title of AVP Deposit/Retail Project Manager, as well as IRA Administrator, Corporate Trainer, Call Center Supervisor, and Branch Manager from February 2012 to January 2019.
