Adrienne Kovacs

Adrienne Kovacs currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment at Simon Fraser University, beginning in January 2024, and is the Founder & CEO of Locum Home Inc. since March 2023. Prior roles include Recruitment Specialist at the BC First Nations Justice Council, Recruitment Consultant at The Health Employers Association of BC, and Physician Recruiter at Interior Health Authority. Previous experience encompasses various HR roles at Island Health, including HR Analyst and Work Design & Compensation Analyst. Adrienne's educational background includes a Professional Certificate in Management and Leadership from Royal Roads University, an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Camosun College, a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts from The University of Lethbridge, and University Transfer in General Studies from Selkirk College.
