Kristin Linklater

Kristin Linklater, SCMP, currently serves as Associate Vice-President of Communications & Marketing at Simon Fraser University, a position held since July 2015, alongside roles as Executive Director and Managing Director within the same domain. Prior experience includes a tenure at SaskPower from April 2006 to July 2015, where Kristin advanced from Manager of Internal Communication to Director of Corporate Communication, leading teams to effectively convey the organization's narrative. Additional roles include Communications Coordinator at Tourism Saskatchewan and Vancouver Art Gallery, as well as Communications Coordinator at Alberta College of Art & Design. Kristin's educational credentials encompass a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, a Strategic Communication Management Professional certification from IABC, a Certificate in Publishing and Editing from Simon Fraser University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Regina.
