Majid Bahrami

Majid Bahrami is a Professor at Simon Fraser University since January 2008, focusing on improving energy conversion efficiency in devices such as compact heat exchangers, fuel cells, batteries, and refrigeration systems. Previously, Majid served as Chief Technology Officer at Matergenics Engineering Ltd. from September 2013 to January 2015, and held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Victoria from 2006 to 2008. Majid's academic journey includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Waterloo from 2004 to 2006, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2004. Majid also holds a degree from Sharif University of Technology, earned between 1988 and 1992.
