Amber Bodnar

Amber Bodnar serves as the National Director of New Business Development at Simon Property Group since March 2018, with prior roles in specialty leasing across various regions and properties. Amber managed Specialty Leasing programs at notable malls including Aurora Farms, Summit, and Tuttle Crossing. Previously, Amber worked at Starwood Retail Partners LLC from November 2015 to March 2018, starting as a Specialty Leasing Coordinator and advancing to Specialty Leasing Representative, focusing on tenant negotiations and move coordination. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Speedpro Imaging Cleveland West, and a consultative sales position at Sears Holdings Corporation during college. Amber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from The University of Toledo.
