Jennifer Borchelt

Jennifer (Gantner) Borchelt currently serves as the Benefits Manager at Simon Property Group, responsible for leading the annual open enrollment process and overseeing benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, and ancillary plans since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Barnes & Thornburg LLP from 2010 to October 2022 as a Benefits Manager, assisting with employee benefits and conducting orientation for new hires. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legal Administrative Assistant, managing calendars and client communications, and as a Legal Review Support Specialist at the Indiana Department of Education, collaborating on misconduct investigations. Jennifer's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Latin American & Caribbean Studies from Indiana University Bloomington and a Paralegal Certification from Indiana University Indianapolis.
