Kellie Lamothe Hickam

Kellie LaMothe Hickam is a seasoned professional in real estate development and marketing, currently serving as a Manager for Mixed-Use Development at Simon Property Group since March 2023. With a strong background in asset and brand strategy from JLL, where responsibilities included managing agency market share and executing successful property rebranding initiatives from August 2018 to March 2023, Kellie has also held positions at CBRE focusing on marketing and client services for office agency and capital markets. Earlier internships at INside Indiana Business, Miller Brooks, Inc., Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and the Indiana State House of Representatives laid a solid foundation for Kellie's career. Kellie's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Communications from DePauw University.
