Douglas Stambaugh

Douglas Stambaugh serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Business Operations at Simon & Schuster, overseeing global corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, digital business initiatives, and operations. With extensive experience in digital strategies and business development, Douglas previously held roles at Simon & Schuster Digital, where responsibilities included driving digital innovation. Prior to the current tenure at Simon & Schuster, Douglas worked at AOL in various senior management roles, managing operations, finance, and business development for mobile services. Earlier career experience includes positions at ING Barings and Weiss, Peck & Greer. Douglas holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from The Wharton School, an M.A. in Global Diplomacy from SOAS University of London, and is currently enrolled in an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
