Sarah Arvanitakis

Sarah Bernardi Arvanitakis is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and corporate purchasing. Currently serving as a Senior Category Manager at Simple Mills since December 2023, Sarah previously held multiple roles at Vital Proteins, including Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Strategic Sourcing Manager, from October 2018 to June 2023. Sarah's career began at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc., where roles included Assistant Manager of Corporate Purchasing and Sr. Buyer from June 2010 to September 2018. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Illinois University.
