Rachel Puron is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a proven track record in managing HR operations across diverse teams and multiple locations. Currently at Simplenight since July 2025, Rachel oversees HR activities for a culturally diverse workforce. Previously, at Tabit - Restaurant Technologies and Groot Hospitality, Rachel managed HR operations for employees across various states and properties, aligning initiatives with business strategies and company goals. Rachel's earlier role at Avenir Aviation involved comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment and payroll processing. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University.
