Joshua Ulrich

Joshua Ulrich is a seasoned quantitative analyst with extensive experience in finance and data analysis. Currently serving as the Principal Quantitative Analyst at SimpleRose since July 2021, Joshua maintains active involvement in the finance community as a committee member for the R/Finance Conference since its inception in 2009 and as the owner of FOSS Finance, providing R training and consultation services. Previous roles include quantitative analyst positions at NISA Investment Advisors and DV Trading, where Joshua focused on trading infrastructure and market data analysis. An academic foundation was established with a B.S./M.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, alongside significant contributions to research and economic analysis during tenure at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
