Ashwyn Hajari is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Hollywoodbets since December 2022, Ashwyn previously held the position of Financial Controller at Toys"R"Us from July 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included transaction processing and departmental supervision using Sage 300 ERP. Prior experience includes a role as Financial Controller at Club Leisure Group from February 2015 to March 2021, focusing on financial statement preparation and payroll management, and as Trainee Accountant at Nexia SAB&T from February 2012 to January 2015, where Ashwyn assisted in auditing and tax preparation. Academic qualifications include an Advanced Diploma and Diploma in Accounting and Business/Management from the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
