Most enterprise technologies ( Salesforce.com included) are disproportionately focused on large ,enterprise companies.While that is not necessarily a bad thing, it means the small , medium and “mid-market” companies are being left out of the technology revolution. With a feeling of guilt ( having worked with mostly enterprise clients on CRM), we have come together to provide services primarily focused on SMB companies.
