Karolina G. is an experienced UX Researcher and Designer currently serving as the Principal UX Researcher and Research Manager at SimpliSafe since January 2024. Karolina also acts as a UX Research Mentor at adplist.org, recognized as a 'Top Rated' mentor specializing in user research best practices. Prior experience includes working as a User Researcher at TeraWatt Infrastructure, conducting mixed-method studies; at Drizly, where contributions included boosting research output, initiating user persona projects, and enhancing the gifting experience; and at the Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University, where critical security vulnerabilities were identified and significant redesigns were executed based on user feedback.
