Lauren Owen

Lauren Owen, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Manager of People Analytics and HRIS at SimpliSafe, having transitioned through various roles within People Operations and HRIS since November 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Rockland Trust from October 2012 to November 2021, culminating in the position of AVP, Human Resources Systems Manager. Lauren's expertise spans HR systems management, enhancing employee experience, developing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engaging with key stakeholders. Educational qualifications were obtained from Bridgewater State University and Yarmouk University in Jordan.
