Kimberly Button

Kimberly Button is an accomplished professional in the field of food science with extensive experience in product development, research, and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Innovation at J.R. Simplot Company since July 2019, Kimberly has progressed through various roles including Product Development Manager and Senior Food Scientist. Prior experience at McCain Foods spans from June 2011 to July 2019, where responsibilities included driving factory performance as a Process Engineer and managing R&D projects as an R&D Scientist. Kimberly's foundational experience includes an internship with McCain Foods, a research assistant position at the University of Idaho School of Food Science, and roles with USDA Western Wheat Quality Lab and Darigold. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Food Science from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Idaho.
