Lucie Solcova Richardson

Lucie Solcova Richardson, MBA, is an accomplished Organizational Change Management Professional with extensive experience at J.R. Simplot Company since October 2013. In various roles, including Associate Director of Communications & Brand, Senior Organizational Change Management Lead, and Organizational Transformation Lead, Lucie has demonstrated a strong focus on driving organizational change initiatives. Prior to this, Lucie held positions such as Transformation Readiness Specialist and Administrative Manager at J.R. Simplot Company and served as Executive Assistant to the SVP Global Solutions. Lucie began her management career at Row House Cafe from August 2010 to August 2013. Academically, Lucie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International/Global Studies from the University of Oregon.
