William Seal

William "Todd" Seal is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical and automation engineering, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at J.R. Simplot Company since June 2022. Prior to this role, Todd held various positions at Valero Energy Corporation from 2008 to October 2021, culminating as the Manager of Project Engineering for major capital projects, where Todd managed large-scale refinery expansions and successfully delivered key projects ahead of schedule and under budget. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services, Saudi Aramco, and Chemdahl Corporation, highlighting achievements in project management and product development. Todd holds an MBA from Mississippi College and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
