Stefan Wolvaardt has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Stefan started their career as a Financial Analyst at Carphone Warehouse in 2002 and later worked as a Group Finance Systems Accountant at P&O Nedlloyd in 2004. Stefan then joined Close Brothers as a Group Accountant in 2004 and worked in various roles, including Finance Manager and Head of Financial Control and Treasury Finance. In 2010, they moved to Close Asset Finance Ltd as the Group Financial Controller. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Close Brothers as the Head of Finance, Head of Investment and Projects, and finally as the Finance Director Banking Division. Stefan is currently the CFO at Simply Asset Finance, a position they have held since 2017.
Stefan Wolvaardt's education history shows that from 1998 to 2001, they attended Stellenbosch University, where they obtained a BComm Econometrics degree with a focus on statistics and applied economics. Following that, from 2001 to 2004, they attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, although their degree name and field of study for this period are not provided.
