Shayal Prasad is an experienced customer experience professional with a strong background in customer insights and analytics. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at ENGIE AU, Shayal has previously held multiple roles at Trustpower, including Insights Analyst and Junior Insights Analyst, where responsibilities involved developing the Voice of Customer program and customer journey mapping. Earlier experience includes a Customer Service Consultant role at Bank of New Zealand, Research Assistant at The University of Auckland, and a Business Development Intern at Canact. Shayal holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in International Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and International Business, both from The University of Auckland.
