John Guy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. John founded Simply Get Results in 2016, where they serve as the COO and Product Director. Their responsibilities include managing the team, product design, and external partnerships to provide customers with actionable insights.
Prior to that, John worked at BT from 2016 to 2018 as the Group Organisation Efficiency Leader. John played a key role in driving workforce transformation and modernizing performance management for a workforce of over 100,000 employees.
Before BT, John was the Solutions & Transformation Director at GarnerHaines from 2015 to 2016. John also worked as a Manager at Deloitte UK from 2012 to 2015, and as a Workforce Planning Manager at the Centre for Workforce Intelligence from 2010 to 2012.
John's earlier experiences include working as a Consultant at Mouchel Consulting from 2009 to 2012, where they developed strategic plans and business cases, and as a Business operations and marketing professional for SAP Alliance at IBM from 2007 to 2008.
John Guy attended Aston University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management.
