Simply Neuroscience
Varun Vasireddy is currently a Fellow at Herzog Laboratory at Washington University in St. Louis, focusing on the development of circadian rhythms in utero and data analysis using Image J software. In addition to academic research, Varun serves as a Tutor for Kumon North America, guiding students in mathematics. Varun leads the College Neuro Network Podcast for Simply Neuroscience, interviewing students and professors from notable neuroscience programs. As the Lead Brain Bee Volunteer with North South Foundation, Varun organizes academic contests and tutoring for children globally. Varun is also a Youth Researcher at The New York Academy of Sciences, where research contributions include sustainable textile processes. Varun reviews curricula for the International Youth Neuroscience Association and has led a successful fundraising initiative to support hospital PPE during the COVID pandemic. Education was completed at Fort Zumwalt South High School, with further studies at the University of Miami.

Simply Neuroscience is an international, student-run, fiscally sponsored non-profit organization dedicated to fostering students' interdisciplinary interests in the brain through neuroscience and psychology education, outreach, and awareness.
