Matt Penny

Matt Penny has extensive experience in database administration and platform engineering, currently serving as a Platform Engineer at Simplyhealth since May 2010, where the focus includes Powershell scripting and SQL Server support for over 20 applications. Previously, Matt held positions at Sony as a Database Administrator, overseeing systems for Sony Professional, and at EDF as a DBA Team Leader, managing system recoverability and migrations. Early career highlights include work at T-Mobile as a DBA during the company's rapid growth and at Capgemini as a Junior Programmer. Matt graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science with an Upper Second Class degree in Government.
