Notable achievements include being a 2016 Forbes 30 Under 30 Entrepreneur and the recipient of the 2020 Financial Times Transformational Business Award. Prior experience includes serving as a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group and co-founding the Harvard Project for Sustainable Development, which gained acclaim for its international water filtration projects. Toby Norman holds a PhD and M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. from Harvard University.
