Lorna James has a diverse work experience with a focus on people development and implementation. Lorna started their career in 2012 as a Senior Training Consultant at OGL Computer Services Group Limited, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined simPRO Software and held various roles including Implementation Consultant, Inside Trainer, and Implementation Team Leader. From 2020 until 2021, Lorna worked as an Implementation Educator, and then transitioned to the role of People Development Coordinator for the UK and Ireland. Currently, they hold the position of People Development Lead at simPRO Software.
Lorna James completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from Loughborough University in the years 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2024 to 2026, they pursued a Level 7 Advanced diploma in Strategic Learning and Development from CIPD Qualifications.
