Simpson Strong-Tie
Jennifer Lutz has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Jennifer began their career at Natural Wonders as a Manager, where they worked for almost a decade. Jennifer then moved on to Positive Communications as a Director of Human Resources. After two years, they joined InterPro as a Vice President of Human Resources for a short time before transitioning to ADP as a Director of Human Resources. At ADP, they were involved in important projects such as the acquisition of ProBusiness. In 2013, they joined Simpson Strong-Tie as the Human Resources Director, where they built the HR department from scratch. Eventually, they were promoted to Vice President and then to Executive Vice President. Lutz is known for their collaborative and people-centric approach to HR, and they are experienced in various areas such as executive development, talent management, and organizational change initiatives.
Jennifer Lutz attended Emory University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
