Jicky Kong has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2007, Kong served as an Airframes structural mechanic and Work center supervisor in the United States Marine Corps until 2012. Kong then moved on to work as a Production Manager at Cintas from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, Kong became a Project Manager at Serett Metalworks Corp. In 2015, Kong joined Legrand, North America as a Plant Manager, a role held until 2019. Currently, Kong is Vice President of Manufacturing at Simpson Strong-Tie, having previously served as Director of Operations and Plant Superintendent.
Jicky Kong earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Brooklyn College from 2012 to 2015. Afterwards, in 2015, Jicky completed a Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt program at the Management and Strategic Institute.
