Lydia Hopkins

Lydia Hopkins is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as the Lead HR Specialist at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP since January 2021, Lydia has been with the firm since July 2012, previously holding the position of HR Specialist. Prior to this, Lydia worked at Oberon Media, where responsibilities included maintaining personnel files and updating employee records. Earlier career experiences include roles as HR Representative and Recruiting Coordinator at Citi, and an internship at JP Morgan as a Staffing Coordinator. Lydia is currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management at Columbia Southern University.
