Daniel Hoeft

Daniel Hoeft is the Vice President, Corporate Controller of Simulations Plus, Inc. and joined the company in March 2022. His previous experience includes serving as the Vice President, Assistant Corporate Controller at Landstar System, Inc. and as an Audit Manager at KPMG, LLP. Additionally, Daniel has served the United States Armed Forces as an infantry officer and Army Ranger. He graduated from the University of Richmond with degrees in Accounting as well as Latin American and Iberian Studies.

At Simulations Plus, Daniel leads all areas of global accounting, including SOX compliance and external SEC reporting. He oversees the development and implementation of new accounting policies to adapt to the changes in their business, changes in US GAAP, and changes in their regulatory environment. Daniel is dedicated to scaling all elements of their accounting infrastructure, including their processes, systems, and financial controls, to support the company’s growth objectives.
